TVS partners with Tata Power to create electric two-wheeler charging infrastructure.

Owners of TVS iQube will get access to the existing charging points by Tata Power across the country.

TVS Motors has partnered with Tata power to establish charging infrastructure for electric two-wheelers. They have signed an MoU, according to which all the TVS iQube electric scooter owners will get access to all the charging points of Tata Power. Tata Power will also set up solar power plants for TVS Motor plants.

Both the companies are aiming to accelerate electric mobility in India by creating a large network of charging points.

TVS and Tata Power will work together to create a regular AC charging network and a DC fast-charging network for electric two-wheelers. This alliance will further help accelerate the rate of EV adoption in India.

Tata Power has a huge network of 5,000 home chargers and over 700 public chargers in more than 120 cities in India. After this agreement, TVS users can use the widespread charging network by the TVS Motor customer connect app or Tata Power EZ Charge app.

TVS is also expanding the presence of iQube electric scooter to over 25 cities within the next few months. This partnership will help the new EV buyers from all the different states.
