Abhilaya launches EV fleet in Mumbai for last-mile deliveries.
Abhilaya bought 25 electric two-wheelers from Bounce Infinity for last-mile deliveries in Mumbai.
Mumbai-based last-mile delivery company Abhilaya has launched its EV fleet for last-mile deliveries in Mumbai. The company launched 25 two-wheeler EVs to enable sustainable growth and make its operations more cost-effective.
The company bought electric two-wheelers from Bounce Infinity. Bounce provides swappable batteries that will help Abhilaya in seamless fleet operation with no disruption in service during business hours, enabling it in maintaining its quality of service.
This is the firm’s second city launch. It successfully launched an EV fleet of 50 two-wheelers in Bengaluru in November. The company will launch a fleet of 20 electric two-wheelers in Ahmedabad in January.
Currently, Abhilaya provides a last-mile delivery solution to companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ShipDelight, and Jio. The company provides tech-enabled delivery solutions for E-commerce, Restaurants, FMCG, Pharma, and online & offline retail.
Commenting on the EV launch Mr. Shrikant Nibandhe, Managing Director, One World Logistics Pvt. Ltd., said, “We are delighted to expand our EV fleet and endeavour to become a business that grows consistently while reducing its carbon footprint.”
